If you use just use whatever suit you but not soft pick . hard one alright but you must learn to use your finger and hand ok?

depends on the sound you are going for at the time you are playing.

There isn't a right or wrong way.  You use whatever gives you the tone you are going for.  Some use light picks, some super heavy, some players use their fingers.  However, most good players use all of these methods, changing for the sound they want for a particular song.
