For flavor-wise, I would say Rockstar, with the variety of flavors, The monster has a more sweet citrussy taste similar to Red Bull,  They also have a low-carb and Khaos, the juice monster, which is much like juiced from Rockstar. It is actually 70% real fruit juice and as they say 100% energy. Both companys have coffie based drinks, fruit, and sugar or low carbs. But I personally enjoy juiced pomegranate, that has a unique and fun flavor...


  2. Rockstar! I like the one in the white can.  I know its not good for you.  But every once in a while I like one.

  4. Neither. Brew coffee or tea and put it in your thermos. Another trick to keeping high energy levels is sleeping the recommended 8 hours a night. Oh, yeah, regular exercise also generally increases energy levels.

  5. For energy or for taste?  I find the taste of Rockstar hard to handle.  I personally prefer SoBe's No Fear line.

    eat an apple, it wakes you up faster than a cup of coffee would.

  11. They're both not necessarily good for you. but I enjoy a Monster every now and then.  Just don't over do it,if you don't have them all that much,it shouldn't be as bad. and a tip,only drink them when you REALLY need it if you are going to have one.
