Whats better Mexican food or Puerto rican food ?

Whats your call on this.....Mexican food or Puerto Rican food.

I live in NYC where you can get authentic food from all cultures (just go to Queens) ad I find Puerto Rican and Dominican food both to be very bland. The roast pork is just that roasted meat with very little flavor. The rice and beans is ok but not amazing. It also strikes me as being very simple, almost simplistic in preparation. The Mexican food conversely is extremely complex and filled with flavor. Even when heavily spiced it is such it brings out the natural flavors. And the breadth of the cuisine is amazing, every state and region has its own cuisine. Hands down Mexican is the best and to prove it ... you will find no Puerto Rican or Dominican specialists, there are many Mexican chefs.
