Whats better Tylenol Or Advil?

Advil is better for those two things, however if you have ulcers or a sensitive stomach then take tylenol as Ibuprofen can cause gastrointestinal bleeding.

In general, I would say ibuprofen, aka Advil.

It's an anti-inflammatory, which should make your headache go away.  It also does a good job of generally relieving pain, so it should work on your muscles too.

I try to stay away from Tylenol in general, especially if I've been, or plan to drink alcohol.  It's pretty tough on the liver...

Either or for these two conditions. There's a couple of times when advil comes out ahead, because it's active ingredient (Ibuprofen) is a proper NSAID. Namely arthritis and migraine. However, you're an individual, and some people seem to respond a bit better to one or the other. You'll have to figure that out for yourself.
