Whats better a crf250 or a yzf250???

im 15 now i just solld my kx80 because i outgrew it im 5 foot 9 inches. I want to get a 250 4 stroke but i dont know what brand or what year to get please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

im guessing that you are going to race this bike. my preference is the CRF. however an exceptional rider on a 150R could outride an average rider on a 450. my point is that you should get the one that feels most comfortable and and short of that the best price. i have a soft spot for the hondas but they are all pretty close in power reliability and performance. my kid races the 150R and it has done well for her

Which ever one you like best. For the most part they are all pretty similar within their class. Within the Japanese bike it seems like personal(or brand) preference is as important as anything.

Honestly man, it really doesn't matter. All 4 of the Japanese 250F's are great bikes. Everyone has their opinion which is generally based on what they have or a freind has and nothing more. I ride a CRF250R, but I'm not going to tell you that one is best. Of course the magazines are going to have a winner in their shootout every year, but the differences between these bikes are so small it makes no real difference. Your lap times will not suffer because of the bike you choose.
