the curve definately.

First off, the shape is easier in your hand. The keyboard is easier to use, and the trackball is easier to navigate with then the scroll wheel provided on the blackjack. The media player on this thing is also amazing.

The blackjack runs off windows mobile, which is a big down for me. the keyboard's shape is really awkward, and teh little scroll wheel thing is so hard to use.

I have the curve 8310 and i love it. I dont even have a data package, but it is a great all around phone. The call quality is great and the battery life is really good. I also love the trackball. It is just awesome. I have the red, and it is like a crimson color. I LOVE it!!!!

It really depends on what you want the phone for...

If you are looking for something that can access corporate e-mail then nothing can (realistically) hold a candle to the Blackberry in this regard.

If however, you want to browse the Internet, play music... more personal types of services, then the Blackjack is the better bet.  The browser is better, there is more and better software available for Windows Mobile than on the Blackberry.
