division 1 is better, those are schools like USC, Michagan, Penn Sate, Alabama, etc

Division 3 are schools like william and mary, Dickinson Law school

but they changed there names now D! is FBS and D@ and 3 are FCS

Division 1, If your new to college football then I'll let it slide, but if you think D1 schools like Ohio State and USC are worse then Hamline and Maranatha Baptist Bible College then something is wrong...

In terms of the average caliber of play, Division I offers full scholarships from the largest universities, so they of course have the top talent.

In terms of the student athlete being balanced with the student scholar, I'm certain Division 3 offers better performance overall.

This should come as no surprise to anyone as it matches up with the supply and demand model across the board.  Division 3 does not offer athletic scholarships, so those who play do so for the love of the game.
