Whats better electronic drums or the real ones?

,qii played rock band and im moving on to the expert difficulty and i want to buy some real drums, im not joining a band but i want to learn how to play, what is reccomended and why. im sure theres key differences and benifits to both.

i prefer regular drums than electronic,electronic drums dont sound original and very expensive
