Mcdonalds is disgusting not only by health but by taste. They fry the food in a factory, freeze it, send it, refry, and then leave it out until someone buys it. Mcnuggets taste like infested pigeon meant filth. In n out however actually has the food and not refried. They cook everything by whats there, and the french fries are actually made right there fresh from the potato.

I am not saying either one of those are healthy, but if you chose for health wise in n out is the way to go

Well i actually think that neither of them are healthy for your body because they have saturated fats and calories and everything else like grease and oil and they can cause you to break out so badly! So yeah neither!

In N Out...3 near here...says they use a premium quality beef though they used to order from that recalled place in Chino.  In N Out has a limited menu that keeps some people away.  You can customize your burgers, too, with animal style or no salt.  Once in a while a burger appears underdone.  McD's has many more extras to order and more drinks.  In N Out has mature people working for them.  At McD's mistakes are a regular thing and the manager always has to help..
