Whats can i do ? flu plus weird pain?

so i just had the flu and tonsilitis about one month ago, then unfortunately had the cold sores afterwards. and now ive got the flu again , but im very dizzy and also, i have this pain right next to my hip bone i also had this pain about 1 month ago too. I just finished my period about the 14-15th this month i think it. Could i be ovulating and this is what is causing the pain ? ive recently just gotten of the pill at the end of may. SO im just getting use to having a normal period.

Also,what can i do to make this flu go away ?the dizziness is driving me crazy!!

If you just finished your period, that may not be the cause of the pain (unless you have irregular cycles). Best to get it checked out by a doctor if it doesn't go away soon. Good luck
