Whats caused the sharp decline in fortescue metals group (fmg) stock prices?

fmg stocks have dropped from $13 to $.750 in the space space of 2 months... why is this? are they still worth investing in? will their shares go back up?

It appears to me that you got some bad data.

According o both Google and the ASX the stock is at $7.83.

Neither shows the shares having sold for less than a dollar recently.
