Probably the Honda, they tend to be a bit more "sporty" than Toyota's.

probably corolla.  also depends on if the engine in the honda is a Vtec, then the Honda is definitely going to be more.

This will only really matter if you plan on adding comprehensive or collision coverage (aka physical damage coverage).  The cost of liability is generally based more on the driver themselves. Every vehicle has a symbol associated with it which is based on cost new, cost of parts, ease of locating parts, safety, and statistics of being in accidents or being stolen.  The higher the symbol, the greater the insurance cost of comp & collision.  I ran a mock quote in my system for you and found that a base Civic has a symbol range of 16-21 where a base Corolla is a 14.  Your best bet if you are adding the physical damage coverage would be the Corolla.  Liability only, doesn’t really make much of a difference.
