hi im thinking of studying abroad in Bogota to learn spanish..

what's college tuition like over there? for one yr? public/private?

some good schools?

(this is also a very prestigious University. It's a Catholic school but for what I understand  the Spanish courses for foreigners are offered in Cali, not in Bogota)
