  1. Cappuccino is prepared with espresso, hot milk, and milk foam. A cappuccino differs from a caffé latte in that it is prepared with much less steamed or textured milk than the latte with the total of espresso and milk/foam making up between approximately 150 ml and 180 ml (5 and 6 ounces).

  2. Cappuccinos are way worse for you!

  3. A cappuccino is a made like a normal coffee but frothed milk on top.

A latte (i think) is made with warmed milk, and not so much froth.

To be honest there's not much difference, people like like to be picky.

  4. Isnt Latte mostly made from Milk whereas a Cappucino is mainly water based with a milk frothy top.... ermmm I think.

  5. Cappuccino-1)foam milk by holding steam wand just touching the top of milk to create very small bubbles.2)Pull espresso shots into cup free pour foamy milk on top.

Latte- 1)steam milk creating all little foam towards the end of steam process. 2) pull espresso shots and pour milk in. The top should have small amount of foam.

A Cappuccino will have a lighter weight due to more air than milk. The foam can be scooped with a spoon if dry enough.

Dry means lots of foam and little milk. Sometimes the barista will scoop the foam on top to achieve this instead of pouring.

They are made with exactly the same ingredients so it makes no sense that one is better for you than the other.

The only difference is the technique.

  6. Latte's have more steamed milk/soy.  Cappuccino's have more "foam" less actual milk.
