Whats easier round off backhandspring or simply backhandspring?

Most people, including me, enjoy the round-off backhandspring because there is much more momentum to carry you forward.

I think connections are a pain.. i mean they are easy as long as you have both down but personally im in love with standing back handsprings

well it takes longer to learn just a standing back handspring,

but you need it to do a round off back handspring.

the momentum from the roundoff makes the handspring a lot easier,

but the technique seems to go a little lax.
