  1. go to the red sox game, go to some of the muesemes boston had to offer muesem,  the freedom trail or maybe just walk around the town looking for something fun to do or i recomend quincy center!!!!

  2. I really like the science museum...I think they have a baseball exhibition on at the moment, so if you like baseball, then that should be good. The aquarium has a sharks and rays exhibition on at the moment, which my brother said was good, and they also send out whale watches from the dock next door. In addition, there are boats that go out to the Harbor Islands that go from near/next to the aquarium that are a fun ride.

Whenever I go anywhere different, I tend just to ride the public transportation and people watch, until I get bored, then I get off at a random stop and go for a walk wherever I end up. Boston is perfect for that as there are lovely little neighborhoods all over (and also in Cambridge and Somerville...Inman Square, Davis Square (Harvard square is full of tourists and crazy traffic, so I wouldn't suggest it).

  3. buy a prostitute :]

  4. yea try prudential, and hanueil hall, and downtown it's really nice there Have fun :)

  5. I've lived right outside of Boston my whole life and here are some fun things to do!

~ Copley Square and The Prudential Center- They are like really upscale malls and are beautiful to walk around in and The Pru. is about 100 stories high and you can go up to the top and see the whole city!

Museum of Science- lol.. It's cool there is an IMAX theatre in there too where you can watch the scientific movies.

Duck Tours~ Are super fun I love them and I'm 17. It is a bus/boat that takes you on a tour through the city then the bus turns into a boat that goes along the Charles River! It is really fun because the drivers are so funny!

Quincy Market~ Shopping and Eating really fun to walk around!

Fenway Park~ Catch a Red Sox game, If you can get the tickets!

Boston Common~ Is the oldest park in Boston and it is beautiful!

The Freedom Trail~ Is so amazing it takes you sightseeing all through Boston to 16 Landmarks and is about 2 hours.

But my favorite place to eat in Boston is not actually in Boston! It is in Cambrige.. It;s called Upstairs on the Square it's so girly and chic and cute! It's a short walk from Boston or your could always take the T!!

But if you want the best desert in Boston Mikes Pastry!! They are the best!!

  6. Walk around town and find some cool place to eat lunch

  7. The duck tours are amazingly fun(: also you should check out the aquarium. Fenway Park. try to get a tour of the park!

Uhm theres a lot of great resturants.Blue man group performaces are the best. nothing like it!

    hope i helped!

  8. fenway park is a must.

  9. quincy market. there's a bunch of popular stores, but the outside looks really old but its a fun place if you like to shop!

  10. To Do In Boston:

First, check out www.bostonusa.com to get some ideas of what may be going on in town while you are there.  I also suggest you pick up Boston For Dummies – it’s a great book and will give you directions on how to get to a lot of places.

If you’ve never been before, you may consider purchasing an MBTA subway pass.  That way you’ll never have to worry about having exact change for the subway.  You can make this purchase at www.mbta.com.  They offer the passes in 1, 3, and 7-day passes.  If flying into Boston through Logan International Airport, you can pick-up the blue line (in bound) to get to downtown Boston.

FYI – when taking the subway, more commonly known as the “T” – if you want to head towards ‘downtown’ Boston (i.e. State Street/Park Street) then you’ll want to take an “in bound” train, anywhere away from those points, would be an ‘outbound train.’

All of the locations that I suggest below are accessible from the “T.”

For things to do – Boston has a ton – it all depends on what you are looking to do.  I would first suggest that you take a tour or trolley; it’ll give you great insight as to where ‘touristy’ things are located.  Please note, that Boston is considered a ‘walking city,’ which means, that even though things may look very far apart on map, in actuality, the probably aren’t.  There are several tours/trolleys to choose from.  One unique tour is the Boston Duck Tour (http://www.bostonducktours.com).  These tours sell out quickly, so you’ll have to take advantage of this when you first arrive to Boston.  This tour is good rain or shine.  You can board from either near the Boston Science Center or the Prudential Center.  You can also purchase tickets at either location.  When I was in Boston in 2006, you could also purchase tickets at Fanueil Hall (see below).

You’ll more than likely want to partake in the Freedom Trail walk.  There is/are tours by bus you can take, but if you like to walk (and are able), walking it is like no other.  You can go to the official website (http://www.thefreedomtrail.org/) to print out a map and get information on what the trail is all about.

If you like sports, baseball especially, see about doing a tour of Fenway Park.  Not sure the exact dates of your trip, but more than likely, baseball will still be in season, so you’ll have to call to find out what dates/times tours will take place.  http://boston.redsox.mlb.com/bos/ballpar...

If you are looking for ‘greener’ pastures, check out the Boston Common and Children’s Garden, as well as take a stroll along the Charles River (down the esplanade).

Fanueil Hall and Quincy Market are another good stop.  Usually there are street performers and music going on.  http://www.faneuilhallmarketplace.com/

The Boston Aquarium is another great stop and near the Fanueil Marketplace.  You can find out more about the Aquarium by going to http://www.neaq.org/.  While here, you can also sign up to do a whale watch out of the Boston Harbor.

There are plenty of college campuses to check out – MIT, Harvard, Northeastern, Boston University, Boston College, etc.

If shopping is your thing, check out Newbury Street - http://www.newbury-st.com/.

If you’d like to see a show – check out Blue Man Group – http://www.blueman.com/.  It’s a complete one-of-a-kind show.  There is nothing like it.

Other things to check out are:  Cheers, Christian Science Reflecting Pool, Copley Square, Boston Children’s Museum, Boston Science Museum, Isabella Stuart Gardner Art Museum (there are many museums in Boston), etc.

Have a great time.  I’ve vacationed there several times and I absolutely love it!!

  11. Well I was born in boston ,but moved when i was 6. My dad lived here for 30 years and he said you should definitly check out the musuems and if your a sports fan you should go to a red sox game. Also you should go to Quincy Market.

  12. Take the subway. It's pretty easy once you get on the right line. there are maps at every station and if you ask the right people they can tell you what train and stop you want.

    Things to do:

-Go to a red sox game (kinda expensive!!!!)

    -Take a Tour of Fenway!

-Go to the Museum of Fine arts (kids probably won't like it there!)

-Go to the science museum (kids like that also)

    -The Aquarium

-Eating at the north end is a definite! Lots of places have their menus in the windows, and you can ask people what they like while they're there. I suggest Vitoria's. But everywhere's good!

-Go to fanuel Hall- great food there

-China Town is fun and has good food

-The Cheescake Factory- Nothing special for the meals, just very expensive, but the cheescake is amazing!

-Shop on Newbury Street- kinda expensive, actually, but window shopping's fun!

-Filene's basement has plenty of good deals

-Take a Duck Tour! They're great! I suggest you take one the first day that you get there, it kinda shows you around the city, and kids love it!

-Go to the Public Garden and ride the duck boats.

-See the fireworks on fourth of July

    -walk along the Charles River

    -Go to the State House

    -The Freedom Trail

    -Take some college tours!

-Just walk around, you'll find something to do, I assure you!
