Hi! I live in Milan, so I could give you some suggestions.

First of all, it dipends of what do you like.

If you like going to disco I suggest you to going in Corso Como: there are a lot of small disco and lounge bar.

Another zone full of bar, restaurants and pub (and very amazing!) is Navigli.
