  2. Just because you have an IUD does not mean you are not pregnant. I would talk to a doctor because maybe your IUD has shifted. This would also give you the chance to discuss this new problem with your doctor who would be better able to diagnose you than someone on here. This symptom alone will not be enough to diagnose a problem without tests.

    EDIT: 1 in 100 women become pregnant with an IUD.

    EDIT: Good idea... at least then they can do a pregnancy test and check to see your IUD is still in working order. If you have troubles after than, you can wait the month to see your regular one.
