really depends on what you are wanting to know.this question has popped up in the aussie rules footy section, so I will say that in footy terms today was the end of the trade period and a sad day as many players find out their services are no longer required,but no-one from their clubs will look them in the eye and tell them this.

right now, alot of sunshine, alot of beer drinking, gettin ready for cricket season where there is lots of sunshine and lots of beer drinkin. Basically whats going on in Australia is our continued reign as the greatest country in the world, there is no arguments, we are the best

Summer is fast approaching so the aussie famers are worrying coz their crops aren't harvesting due to the drought.

The 'wine festivals' and spring carnivals are happening here. lots of wines, foods, fashion, flowers horses, hats, girls and trophies.

The shops are putting up their christmas decorations and selling them too. it would be one month more before we get bombed with advertisements.

The cricket season is starting and England is going to get their backside spanked pretty hard by us and the other nations.

the working population in Australia is starting to get real busy coz christmas is round the corner and nobody wants to work hard during november and december.
