We are looking at having a virtual convention. President is a no show.

McCain will more than likely be a No Show. There are no compelling

reasons to not carry on with our convention. We are sending a true

c**p house message here. It's bad enough we get hit with the weather

factor. Now were just going to pack the bags, go home and call it in.

What kind of junk is this. This really has me pissed. We have things

to accomplish with this convention. And everyone is just standing

around looking like they would rather be somewhere else. Well I guess

we as voters can do the same d**n thing.

  1. Confusion & waiting to see who will make the first move.  Then decide what to do next, but still having time to entertain with lobbyists (the guys/companies with the "DEEP pockets" ) but not wanting to have a  "party" and take away from possibly needed assistance in an impending disaster, WHILE asking for funds to help potential disaster victims.

Seems "all over the place" doesn't it.

The republicans that their party has chosen for a chance for presidency seem unorganized at best.  They seem to be more interested in doing things that will appeal to EVERYONE  - and that can never happen.  Just say what you mean, do what you say you're going to do.  Republicans, say what you have to say & where your party stands!

Don't just let the news headlines be the influencing factor on how the country will vote.

The democrats had their stage (I am aware that not as much was going on at the time), but the american  people have the right to see the republican's "stage".

  2. It will start tonight. You know if they would have gone on as usual the demorats would have had a field day with it..

  3. As a person who is still being rained on by Gustav and whose community is just starting to assess our damage, I have no objections to the RNC having their shindig but your attitude is S****y...

  4. It will be O.K. I spoke to my friend who is a delegate and he said All will be well. It might be a slow start, but I think it will have a really positive ending.

  5. Actually, I find it kind of refreshing.

Not at all like that disgusting display the Democrats put on.. wasting all that money.  Building a stage that looked like a shrine for Obama to  speak on.  How wasteful and stupid.

Good for McCain for  dealing with the hurricane.. for the  people to be out raising money for victims instead of wasting it on themselves like Obama did.

And now Obama says, " if needed I will go to the hurricane area".. Why would he be needed.. what's he going to do.. make a speech"  Stay home and look at yourself in the mirror, Barrach.  Let a real man like John McCain go and see what can be done.

Jeez, even Bush went, and we know he is a fool.. and yet Obama hasn't quite made it yet.. but he's talking about it.. he is always talking... yawn!

  6. Most questioners at Yahoo! Answers have figured out that even if your only goal is to go on a rant, it's best to insert a true question somewhere in your statement.

You, however, don't have a single sentence in your question that is a genuine question.

  7. Its easier to feign concern for New Orleans

    than

explain the lack of concern for the G O P's lineup

  8.   The RNC  IS up and running!   I believe Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney are being prescient in not making an appearance.
