im also going to florida orlando next week im staying at double tree universal i got a print out of the weather for nxt week what da u going? its raining storms until nxt fri sat will be cloudy sunny hopefully it will then get better im going on thursday i cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!

I live less than 10 minutes from Epcot. The storm in Orlando has just been 20 mph winds and rain. There hasn't been any flooding or wind damage in this area. Disney, SeaWorld and Universal have been open regular business hours every day and I'm sure they have no plans to change that just because of a little rain.

Local weather says this storm should be past us by tomorrow with a little luck but more likely Sunday. You shouldn't have anything to worry about with Fay by next week.

Our normal weather pattern for this time of year is rain for about an hour in the afternoon, in fact it's usually a pretty spectacular thunderstorm but it only lasts about an hour. The storms usually hit late afternoon around 3-4pm. It's also pretty hot down here right now. We've been in the low 90's with high humidity so make sure you dress light and stay hydrated.

It should be fine. Fay is passing up towards the panhandle. I'm just back from tampa, had to cut my holiday short coz of Fay and it didnt even hit there! U'll be fine, Orlando is great, enjoy!

And be prepared for the humidity!!!
