Whats going to be done??

I am totally fed up with people using programs to take all the tables in pool rooms. I pay yahoo for an all star membership and I am also a member of a pool league which is run by cases. I am unable to play in the leagues designated room. This is totally out of order. Why should i pay money for something when i am unable to use it. Something really needs to be done. NOW!!!! They have finally stopped people from scrolling but now they are locking the room. The room I always play in has been locked for 5+ hours today. Its out of order... Please sort this out.... Thank you
