Whats going to happen?

So I passed first semester of Lit and but failed second semester. If you don't pass both you have to go to summer school but I didn't because I didn't know I completely failed until I got my report card after school ended. So what wilkl happen this year since I didn't make it up? Will I have to make it up next summer school? I have no clue! Please help!

(that happened freshmen year and im going into 10th now)

well you can only fail 2 classes the in the 4 years of high school. meaning you have to repeat the class and you cant fail another class.

You will probably take a semester of English 9 again, but you will be down a semester because you failed second semester. You will probably be able to replace first semester with another regular semester class such as Nutrition or P.E. or whatever semester class you are planned to take either your junior or senior year. Then, you will be able to take English 10 over the summer, and go on with a regular schedule for the rest of your high school career. Hope your not confused by this answer...
