Aruna Dindane’s reported transfer to Portsmouth has apparently not been completed.

Dindane’s transfer has hit a snag after it was confirmed Portsmouth do not have the money to complete the transfer of the striker. Pompey have also claimed that the striker has not played enough matches for the transfer to be made permanent.
