  1. Amy's No-Chicken Noodle Soup.  (Made with tofu.)  Delicious and always clears my head.  Can be found in most grocery stores, if not try a health food store.

  2. Have some chicken soup and pick the meat out of it.

  3. minestrone soup, saltines, and sprite help me:)

  4. i think cold f/x is vegan. it works, but you need to take it when the first symptoms appear, it might help anyway.

if you need to clear your sinuses, try rice with vegan broth of some sort, with a very big dash of franks hot sauce.

    cheers

  5. Tomato soup :]

  6. very simple just take some ginger bash it and take out the juice. Then take 1 tsp of cumin and fresh indian thulasi then also bash this then add this juice with ginger juice and drink it.Please try like this for 4 times

  7. No food is going to weaken your cold or stop it.  It's a virus.  Drink plenty of liquids (hot vegetable broth would help you feel better)

  8. Minestrone soup, hot baked potatoes with butter, and orange juice are my favorites.

  9. garlic garlic garlic and more garlic.

    tons of vitamin c.

    then sleep for 14 hours.

  10. Whenever I felt just a little bit down with cold, I did some of the following and it worked like magic.

    - Drink Ginger tea made with dry dates or lemon, recipe here:

    - Drink freshly made vegetable juice with carrots, peeled lemon, 1/2-inch ginger, apples for taste

    - Sleep a lot!! As much as you can

I never get colds anymore since I've become a healthier vegan. I still make the juices and teas for my friends and family, and have seen they still work very well.

    Hope this helps! =)
