  1. My mom used to give us kids this and I use it too because it works. It may sound strange though to some of you.

Put a half teaspoon of baking soda into 8 oz. of grapefruit juice, it will foam up so not too much baking soda, you don't want to taste the b. soda. Drink.

But oh will it make your throat feel better, cools it right off.

Another one, put a small amount of white vinegar in a small juice glass and fill with water.  Gargle as long as you can and repeat.  This makes it go away. No joke.

  2. Cough drops, peppermint or spearmint, throat spray.

  3. When I had a sore throat, my boyfriend kept nagging me and saying "DRINK TEA!!!" As much as I hate tea, I still didn't drink it. lol. I took Theraflu warming relief severe cold for nighttime before I went to bed and I felt better the next morning. You can do that or... drink tea. =P

  4. My grandfather always made us disolve an asprin in our mouths it gets rid of the pain and the next day gargle with real warm salt water and that should do the trick if not then you may need to see a doctor because it has always worked for me its nasty tasteing but if ya want it gone it works
