Whats good to do when i have a diarrhea?

yesterday i got diarrhea i thought its going to be alright

but i steal have a diarrhea

can some one help me

i heard that i have to eat toast?

the toast mean the bread that you put jam and eat?

Go to the chemist and get some gastrolyte.  Not sure why it works, but it stops the diarrhea and helps stop loss of fluids.
