This probobly isn't it but my sister and i always play handball. We just set up first, second, third, and home bases like with pillows or something, and she tosses this small ball to me and I try to hit it with my hand then run the bases. It's just like baseball except you use your hand instead of a bat.

HANDBALL (TEAM handball) is a fast paced high scoring  game involving 2 teams 7 on 7 (6 position players and a goalie) who pass, throw and  dribble a small ball with  their hands while trying to score goals. The team with the most goals wins the game. A game consists  of two 30-minute halves with a 10- minute break half time break.

It will be at the 2008 Beijing Olympics here are the team 12 men's and women's teams. Croatia won gold for the men and Denmark for the women.

Ok.

You and your opponents stand in squares of equal size.

It goes (in order of rank) Ace, Kings, Queens, Dunce.

Ace serves the ball (tennis ball) by bouncing it on the ground once in his square, it must bounce only once, and no less than once, otherwise Ace gets out, and is moved down do dunce, and everyone else moves up a square.

You use your hands to hit the ball into anyones square, making sure it bounces a minimum and maximum of once in your square, and it must land on the full in your opponents square.

If someone hits the ball into your square, you must hit it and make sure its a legitimate hit (as mentioned above) into someone elses square.

The ball cannot bounce into your square, and into another persons square, or the dead zone without you touching it, or you are out.

The aim is to hit it with a technique to make your opponent miss the ball, hit it into an opponents square on the full (in which case it is called a "full" and that player is out), make your opponent bounce the ball twice in his square off his hit, or hit it into the dead zone.

The court is divided into four quarters, you are in one quarter, your opponents fill up the other 3, and anywhere else is the dead zone. So the court is one large square, that you divide into four and name each quarter Ace, Kings, Queen or Dunce.

If the ball goes into the dead zone after you have touched it, you are out.

If you make the ball bounce twice, you are out.

If you hit the ball into another players square on the full, you are out.



Some play the rule where you can catch the ball, but that's for wimps!

There are 2 types of handball. One is a international sport where there are two team and each team has to have 5-7 players. They must hit or throw the ball in their opponient goal to score. The other type of handball is also known as american handball. It is very easy to play, it can be 2-4 people and all you have to do is hit the ball with your hand to the wall and then your opponient has to hit it.
