Whats happening to my moped?

i have an NRG power dt 50 moped and all i've done to it is de-restricted it ... when i ride it ... as soon as it hits over 30mph it starts to scream as if it has a gear-up kit ... what is this noise ... by the way i have not got a gear-up kit vut it sound slike i have and the mope dis aircooled , is this anything to do with the noise#?

you need to push it off a cliff, then buy a 600cc sportbike. That should fix your problem.
