Whats happening to my zit?

i had this pretty big zit on my cheek for 2-3 days and i cleaned it twice a day with acnefree and used spot treatments. its gotten a little smaller. last night i put toothpaste on it because i heard that could help it. but when i took the toothpaste off this morning, the zit had a black head. what does this mean?

It seems that the tooth paste has been covered with a scab under the spot. Toothpaste contains many different chemicals and I wouldn't want them on my face on an open wound..which a spot is if the head comes off. The product you used worked for you all you need now is a good concealer to cover the redness.
