  1. Peas are healthier. Peas are legumes and has good fiber content, B Vitamins (B1, B2, B3, B5, B9) a good source of vitamin C, Iron, Phosphorus, and Zinc. Sweet corn has a high sugar content and is a maize, it also has it's nutrients but not as high or much as peas.

  11. Peas, they contain more proteins, which vegetarians and vegans need loads of. But really, what is necessary is a combination of a lot of vegetables, so I would suggest a mix of peas, sweetcorn and other vegetables. Corn is rich in specially carbohydrates which vegetarians n vegans already get from so many other sources.
