Mental health before physical health. I'd rather be Stephen Hawking than Ronald Reagan at the end of his life, or any other time of his life for that matter, but that's a different story.

Health.  Especially the health of my husband, whom I love dearly after 31 years.  He's also a bit of a nursemaid because I'm on oxygen and have chronic pain.  I'd be lost without him.  

Health trumps money for sure!   :)
