the looks are very simple and so you dont really need directions

just get the colors there and then apply it in the same place as the picture

Bold colors seem to really be in right now.. but what color exactly depends on your natural coloring and eye color..  Try going to the Mac counter and have them do your make-up.. they will use the latest colors and applications..   good luck :-)
