Whats in the Camel Frost filters?

I smoke and my friends and I just recently tried the Camel Frosts and liked them. Some one told me though that there was a blue pellet like thing in the filter. I looked and there was. Im not worried or anything, but my friends and I would really like to know what it is. Does anyone know what Im talking about and if so, do you have any clue to what it is?

It is something that makes the cigarettes more menthol tasting.
