i loooove maybellines volume express turbo boost. its only like 5-6 dollars. works really well :]] you can get waterproof or not.

Neutrogena Healthy Volume Mascara is by far the best I have ever used! It conditions your eyelashes with olive oil, plumps (without clumping which is so important), lengthens, and thickens! It's really great! It's also about six dollars.

i personally use NYC Lengthining Mascara i'm not sure of the price but it is very cheap i remember it being 5 dollars or less
