Whats is like after being hired by a talent agency?

Is there a lot of traveling? How does everything exactly work?

I'm assuming you're referring to a Theatrical Agency.  If so, your work is only half way done.  They will try to find you auditions, but you'll need to work as hard or not harder to make contacts - with casting agencies and directors. (with your headshot/resume, or making postacrds with your talent agency information stamped on there), and  active training - it's always good to be prepared once opportunity is met.  As for the traveling, depends on where you live.  If you live in LA - you might travel 30 mins or so.

well i am in the top talent agency in florida, miamibut my agent told me that on their website when i take my pictures, directors and producer whatever will send a discription on what type of person they would want like color eyes if the girl has b*****s or not that sort of thing. or your agent will send your photos.

Usually that depends upon where your agent books your auditions, but mostly, yes this will require some traveling. I'm not saying like you'll have to go overseas or anything but you just find out from your agent. Usually it will be a day in advance[when you'll be notified].
