do you only count those in production right now? because there are only 2 (murcielago and gallardo). or does the new reventon count? (only 20 will be made, and all are spoken for). does it include past cars that can still be found? and how do you define "best"? is it the fastest? or best looking? or just the one you like the most?

asking for the best of anything will be subjective 98% of the time

The Murcielago LP640
