I haven't seen a roller coaster in any of the promos for the Olympics (but that I've been looking too hard), but you can check out all the roller coasters in the Beijing Province on Roller Coaster DataBase. There's only 22 listed, which can be reduced depending on type of coaster you saw (steel/wood, seated/inverted, etc).
