i could always like feel my adams apple i always touch that area 3 months now

Front of neck hurts? andothers?

ialways touch it and play with it feels likeit shrank or changed shaped? will i die? im sscared also my stomach and upper stomach make more sounds then normal why is this like after i eat its like a deep sounds is this serious and lifethreating im 18 male non smoker and near my neckgurgles alot is something serious going to happen please tell me or email me it will help im always nervous [e-mail] bowels arent normal sometimes eather andithink the frontof my neck shrank oris out of place please help me IM me please and be nice it feels like somethingis wrong with my neck how would u know if trachea is broke?

It takes a huge trauma to break the trachea. It seems more like the cartilage of your adam's apple has an abnormality. You can go to an urgent care clinic for this, but you are most likely OK.
