Whats is this bead in my ball sack?

i was checking myself for testicular cancer and i felt this round lump thing in my sack..when i squeeze it it hurts like when you get hit in the testicles..what is this??

I'm not sure what it is, however you should make an appointment with your doctor and have it checked out. Better be safe then sorry.

Probably not cancerous, but get it checked anyway.  Testicular cancer tends to hit young men, not old geezers like some people think.

Good for you for checking.  Way to save the boys.
