Whats it called when the ending is the beginning.?

Say this the beginning of a story says "The next morning I stared out the window looking at poor old boots stuck in a tree."so than they proceed to take the cat down than the last line of the story again says "The next morning I stared out the window looking at poor old boots stuck in a tree."Does anyone know whats that called?

There are many biblical verses that end in this manner which is called a Chiasmus.

its a circular story. where it keeps going forever and never changing. although i'm not sure what the technical word for it is. the dark tower series by stephen king ends the same way and is all the better for it.
