Whats it like being a trainee section manager at waitrose?

I have no direct experience, but since my wife works in retail I would imagine it is rather like being trapped in h**l, except that unlike in h**l where you can pretty much be guaranteed some respite every now and then (since even Satan has to rest), Waitrose is a 24-hour-a-day h**l.
