  1. Expen$ive. They $pell touri$t$ thi$ way and $ee them a$ money magnet$.

You would be better to try some of the neighbouring towns.

  2. it's awesome i used to live there. only thing is it's real expensive! heaps of tourists, freezing in the winter....sometimes too hot in the summer. but it's a really nice place and in winter it only takes 20 minutes to go to the mountain

ps you cant be poor to live there. there is heaps to do there but your've got to have the money to do any of them, as it is a very tourist oriented town prices are for tourists not locals. I wanna move back there cause i miss it! and the snow!!

  3. I dont know u should ask some1

    God bless

  4. Ignor Dune, he is nothing but a sand DUNE (lol, my lame jokes) It is expensive but a great place to live. Very relaxed and lots to do!

  5. Expen$ive.

Cold in winter, the time of the year when all the skiers and snowboarders from the northern hemisphere turn up, but very comfortable during the rest of the year.

Good bus service, good bars and reasonable nightlife, excellent restaurents, good boating, fishing, hunting, climbing, tramping, kayaking and adrenaline sports.

    Gold panning can be lucrative.

Try an accommodation agency for finding somewhere to live, there are 3 or 4 in Queenstown. You'll find them on Google or in the yellow pages..

    Cheers,

    Driver T

  6. Queenstown is very beautiful, but as it's pretty much the number 1 tourist destination in New Zealand, it's very expensive! They have smaller style supermarkets so even buying food is more expensive than in the bigger cities where there is more choice. But yeah, gorgeous scenery which would make up for it! I love Queenstown! (live in Wellington though)
