  1. As a phrase, one's saying they have 'a bad habbit (sic) growing on people' doesn't really make sense.

If someone (or something) grows on people, it means they grow to like them (or it) over time.

This 'someone' in your question is saying that people grow to like them over time and he/she considers that (having people get to like them) is a bad habit to have.

I think one would only really say that they 'have a bad habit of growing on people' if they would prefer to be friend-less but find that, over time, the people around them want to be his/her friends  and start considering themselves to be his/her friends.

Either that or other people find themselves drawn to be with the original speaker regardless of whether they think they should be with them or not.

  2. It means that when you get attached to people easier and is hard for you to brake stuff off.

  3. If you say someone grows on you, it means that over time, you come to like them despite any negative impression you may have had at first.  If someone has a bad habit of growing on people then I guess that person thinks it's a bad thing that they grow on people.  Frankly, it's not something someone would say.

  4. That everyone likes him/her.

    or could be

that people are easily attracted to him/her.
