Whats kind of lock it this?

there is a hoop on the wall and on the door is a metal piece that latches into the hoop when its locked you can open the door a little.. id like to get one for my room but i dont know what its called thanks for the help

it's called a flip door guard, or swing bar guard. they might be able to order one from a 'big-box' store, or you would have to go to a commercial hardware supplier.
