  1. chicken, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole! so good!

  2. My favorite way to make a burrito...

    brown some ground beef

    add chopped onions and garlic

    make some Spanish rice

    heat some refried black beans

put it into a tortilla, adding sour cream, cheese, and avocado

  3. I brown ground beef, drain and add garlic, onion, tomato, salt and pepper.

Or, I melt some bacon fat add pinto beans fry up a little then smash them until they are smooth. Spread on a tortilla(home made is better...) and roll up and enjoy.

It is true what they say about less being better. To many ingredients only changes the real taste of the burrito.

  4. My favorite burrito recipe is any recipe that had good, simple ingredients.

I recommend taking out the rice (a lot of times it just is not good), and a ratio of beans to beef of 1 can for 2 pounds of beef. I like to mix the beans and beef together, then place onto homemade tortillas (really easy to make) with some diced tomatoes or a salsa. And, if you want, some sour cream (about a tablespoon).

    Simple and delicious.

    DIRECTIONS

       1. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion, and cook until tender, stirring frequently. Stir in rice, and season with cumin and 3/4 teaspoon of garlic salt. Cook and stir until the rice is lightly toasted, about 5 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth and the diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then cover and cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, until all of the liquid has been absorbed.

       2. In a small saucepan, stir together the refried beans, 3/4 teaspoon of garlic salt, and black pepper. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally until heated through.

       3. Place shrimp in a bowl, and stir in garlic until shrimp is coated. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, and coat with cooking spray. Saute shrimp until heated through and lightly browned.

       4. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, and chipotle peppers until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.

       5. Place about 1/4 cup of cheese onto each warm tortilla. Then place about 1/2 cup of shrimp on the cheese. Top with 1/4 cup of beans, and 1/4 cup of rice. Spread on about a tablespoon of the chipotle sauce, and salsa to taste. Roll up, and serve.

    enjoy!!!

  10. I ground up meat put in a can of Ranch Style beans for the flavoring, rice, avacado, lettuce, tomato, a little cilantro, diced onions (if I am in the mood for onions), and cheddar cheese.

  11. It can taste right only if you add spices to the what ever your going to stuff the burrito with. Or if you don't use spices , I guess try adding some bought salsas, or salt to the burritos.Good luck.

    black beans

    rice

    cilantro

    pico de gallo
