Question:

Whats making me sleep longer?

i usually give myself 8 hour worth a sleep per day, but recently i been sleeping 13 hour periods. i have been staying up late until usually 3, but i never been able to reach the P.M, im a A.M kind of person and really hate wasting a day on sleep. What usually causes a person to sleep for more then the normal amount of hours?

  1. you are staying up too late. go to bed earlier. early to bed early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise


  2. A broken alarm clock...j/k...depression comes to mind.  Also, could be substance use.

  4. for me it was depression - and this went on for many years until I was started on Abilify.  Yeah!

  5. I don't know what causes a person to sleep for more than the normal hours, I do know what will help you to sleep just the right amount, regular old fashioned exercise. I exercise regularly everyday, & get the perfect amount of sleep.

    Well I do sometimes over exercise because I love it(Working out your body is healthy & once you up your training routine, ur body will want to sleep on a regular everyday regimen to get to the next level of training, it works for me). However u can try reading, it might just put u to sleep.
