Whats more effective to do?

I'm using this skin whitening soap so I've used this for about 3 weeks. I haven't noticed much skin whitening so when using this skin whitening soap do you just apply on to the skin then just leave it there then rinse or do you apply it on the skin then rub it then rinse?

Which is more effective?

Why are you trying to make your skin whiter?  I didn't even know they made a soap that way.

It should have come with directions. But, I would say you apply, rub, then rinse.

There are skin whitening creams available also.

Another thing that helps even out skin tone is exfoliation. Find a good scrub and use 2-3 times a week. If your skin is sensitive, get one for sensitive skin. I use Ocean Salt by Lush because it's natural and takes very little for a good scrub.

im not sure cuz i dont use that stuff but why? i'd do anything to be tanner than i am already..
