You won't get a good price for your antique pepsi bottle on eBay. As a  bottle from the mid 50's with a single dot between Pepsi & Cola and with a painted red & white lable will be sold  for no more than $5.00, only  if it's in good condition.  Bottles that have the phrase "Two Full Glasses" are more rare & generally have a higher value.
