Any number of things, but it does indicate a desire for change or for a change in how you approach your work.  In other words, evaluate yourself and your goals.  Is what you are doing getting you where you want to go?  Now?  In a year?  In 5 years?  In 20 years?

You might be in the wrong line of work, or need to discuss what to do to grow in your job with your boss.  Or - maybe you really wanted to go to a concert and couldn't get the night off!  Dreams don't always indicate how seriour the topic would be to our conscious minds.
